Where is my order?

If you have opted for a delivery with tracking method, the tracking number of your order will be sent to you by email.
You can also consult it from your VFLUO.FR online account (access on the top-right to the page), in Historic and details of my order.

I you have opted for an economic delivery method, consult our Delivery page for delivery method and delays details.

I wish to exchange or have a refund for a product

You can return all VFLUO non-customized product, if either the product or the packaging were not damaged :

  • Within 30 days from your order for an exchange
  • Within 30 days from your order to have a credit note (valid for 2 months)
  • Within 14 days from your order for a refund

For a return, please submit your request within the deadline, by email (online form) or by letter. Please indicate us the product reference to return, its number and the reason of return as well as your choice (exchange, credit note or refund).

You have a 14 days delay from communication of your withdrawal to sent us - to your charge - the products to address below :

Important : If products are return damaged, it may be impossible for us to exchange or refund it. They will be return to you (with the most economic delivery method).
For an optimal protection, we advised you to return it in their original protector packaging.

If the mistake comes from us, you will get the free return of the products but also the back delevery for free.

As soon as receipt of product and the validation of the new conditions by our service :

  • For an exchange : we will proceed to send the desired products (with the most proposed economic delivery method) subject to payment, if so, the price difference with the new products.
  • For a credit note : we will forward you the credit by email and via your online account.
  • For a refund : We will proceed to the refund, by the same way used for the payment.
